12 years old upper eyelid surgery scars - is there a cream to help? (Photos)

I have had upper eyelid surgery 12 years ago and I'm still to this day regretting due to scars and asymmetry. I get a lot of questions all the time to this day about the scars and asymmetry , is there a cream/serum recipe you could help my insecurities with And is it too late to fix the shape ?
