Do I need a revision for minor skin on my left eye? (Photos)

I had a blepharoplasty done about 8 mths ago. From my last post op visit, the surgeon would like to do a minor revision my removing the excess skin on my left eye. Do i need a revision? And what are the risks involved? She said it would be minor correction. And would the recovery take longer than the 1st one?
