What happens if you stop going to the monthly IPL hair removal treatments?

I have dark skin of Asian ethnicity and I haven't been going for about 2 months now, I have had 2 treatments of consistent monthly treatments before that. I think the hairs are growing faster than usual however, before the IPL treatments I would use wax hair removal.

The area which has not been treated will continue to have hair growth as normal whereas the area which was treated effectively with the IPL will not have hair growth.  In order to receive the full benefit of the IPL treatments you should continue with the treatments on a regular basis.

What will happen is absolutely nothing. The hairs that have been effectively treated will remain gone, and any other hairs will continue to grow and be normal. "This answer has been solicited without seeing this patient and cannot
