I am getting full rhinoplasty to fix a deviated septum, uplift the tip, smooth the dorsal hump. I am getting my cast/brace/packing out on the 7th day. What will happen if i have sex the day or day after i get my cast off? Like will i start bleeding violently everywhere out of my nose?

Yes the shape can be changed with Radiesse for the upper part and Hyaluronic acid for the cartilagenous bridge - gives a good feel to the final result. Make sure the person doing this knows which layer to inject. If it is done superficially there are risks of damage to the skin and vascular problems
No, the septum should not move. It may bend a bit but it doesn't move. The cartilage sits in a bony groove and is relatively solid and stable in place. Consult a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with rhinoplasty experience.Best wishes
You already have a nice improvement in your tip, and it's too early to be thinking about any kind of revision. A revision rhinoplasty is always more challenging and usually has more swelling. Patience is paramount at this time. Try not to analyze things too much at this point. Best of luck.
