Without examining you, it would be difficult to define the cause. The base view of your nose is least important, and your nose looks good on front view. You already have a nice improvement in your tip, and it's too early to be thinking about any kind of revision. A revision rhinoplasty is always more challenging and usually has more swelling. Patience is paramount at this time. Try not to analyze things too much at this point. Best of luck.

After reviewing the posted series of photos, I see a minor improvement even at a few weeks post op.. But the result will not be to your acceptance. IN 9 months consider a revision..
