I am 2 1/2 weeks after rhinoplasty and one of the things i wanted was the columella straightened. Also, as swelling goes down is it likely the tip will look more crooked to the side. This was a revision rhino and having a third just is exhausting. I like the side and tip as it is now if it didn't change too much. If just straightening columella, how extensive is surgery/recovery? I appreciate any feedback. Very disappointed at the moment and scared where results will lead me now.
