Without seeing more of your face, i'd say that you may want to consider a fractional laser to even your facial skin texture. Browlifts are a consideration, but I don't feel that they would make much difference in the quest for looking younger. A lift could help soften your appearance, however. Your brows are straight which tend to be associated as being masculine. An arched brow will change the way you appear.

Not really rejuvenation, but certainly changing how you look.

To give the eyebrows a nice lift, we use injectable fillers to improve the eyebrow, upper eye, forehead and temple. A filler is placed on the bone and in the fat pads of these areas to contour and lift without it looking overdone. We use cannulas to limit pain and swelling. The best approach for you would be to do a limited outer brow suspension. A board certified plastic surgeon can do an accurate diagnosis on the relationship of your eyelid and eyebrows. Based on the one limited photograph, he do not appear to need a brow lift. You'd probably end up looking too surprised. A brow lift procedure is only performed on patients with very low eyebrows

Based upon the 1 close up posted photo of your upper face, you look beauty. You are NOT a candidate for brow lift because you have rather high forehead to hair line ratio.
