I'm one week post op from 415cc HP unders, however my nipples have been constantly flat, stretched and have no sensation. How long until they go back to normal? Will they ever go back to normal? Will I require further surgery to fix this?

Answer: One week postop It is quite common to be stretched a bit after surgery. This is due to the implants and swelling and will take several months to settle. Be patient and good luck.

Your breast tissue including nipple and areola with implants will undergo lots of anatomical and physiological changes during your post operative period. you are too early to say something about your implants. it will take 4 to 6 months to settle down your implants . Don't Panic. You have to pass through the natural healing process. Please continue follow up with your PS . Good luck.
