Breast implants are isolated from the nipples, especially if they are placed in the sub muscular position. Biting on the nipples should not cause issues in most cases. On the other hand, if biting is sufficient to break the skin, an infection could develop and there would be a small chance that this could cause an implant infection.

Typically your implant is fairly far away from the nipple. The good thing about saline is that damage is easy to tell because it will just decrease in size. Infection could be a risk which would show up as pain swelling and redness. If you are concerned see a reputable plastic surgeon in your area.
I would highly suggest that you follow your plastic surgeon's advice on wearing the bra. 6 weeks is a short time to sacrifice for a good cosmetic result.
