I am one week post op with 415cc high profile round silicon implants. I have a surgery bra I am advised to wear 24/7 for 6 weeks after surgery. However it is very hard to hide under clothing and I have an event tonight. Will I be okay if I wear a wire free bra instead just for tonight and return to wearing the compression bra when I get home?
