Reducing adam's apple to improve camel neck?

Hello, I am 24M not interested in feminization. I have kyphosis and don't like the camel neck apperance I have. I can feel that it is due to both my adams apple and trachea. I was looking on if anything can be done make this less visible? Unfortunately the root cause (kyphosis) cannot be helped.
