Can you make an Adam’s apple look bigger?

Ricky, Yes, you can make an adam's apple look bigger.  I graft either your own cartilage or a small implant onto the existing adam's apple through a small incision placed up under your chin.  Adding filler or fat grafting can make an adam's look bigger at rest, but the adam's apple moves when you swallow and filler or fat grafting does not.  It can look unnatural.  -Dr. Rolfes
