Pigeon chest and breast implants - what is going on?

Question

I had my second BA about 2 years ago 580ccL/640ccR. For atleast a year now i have been having on and off pain in my right sternum that kinda feels like a pulling sensation from my sternum to the middle of my breast, I also have pain there after sleeping on my side. The right side of my sternum has always stuck out a little more than the other but nothing that ever bothered me physically or cosmetically. Any ideas on whats going on?! I have not been diagnosed with pigeon chest just looks similar*

It is likely that large implants that you have, to hide chest deformity, are pulling your soft tissue and casuing  pain and discomfort; possibly capsular contracture? That should be discussed with your plastic surgeon. Good luck.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Although you did not post photos, I suspect you very large heavy implants are now straining your sternum. You would probably do better going down in size.
