I was in a accident two weeks ago today and I sustained a anterior maxilla fracture to my face. All of the bruising has almost subsided except for massive haematoma that is hard to the touch.. it is compressing on my facial nerve and my teeth on the right side of my face as well as my gums and lips are numb. The haematoma does not seem to be going down.Do you think it needs to be drained? Will scar tissue form if I don't have it drained as soon as possible?
