Facial trauma. Two Fractures. Sunken eye. 2 months in. surgeon 1- Didn't want to do surgery didn't think it was worth the risk. Surgeon 2- completely opposite opinion- insurance issues so i could not get surgery I'm told two main fractures: One zygo second is under my eye to the right of my nose. I'm told this one is hard to access for surgery. My question: Can my Face be returned to normal? It was symmetric. I am an actor and this is very important to me. I attached photos.

Exophthalmous following orbital floor fracture is not uncommon and caused by the orbital volume reduced following placement of orbital plate or from scarring/welling that has filled out your orbital volume. You should be patient and give at least one to three months for the swelling to go away.
