Help? As I age, my chin is becoming more box-like/masculine and prominent. I had an Implantech size Large Chin Implant placed sub-mental 20 years ago. Is it best to remove this sub-mental or intra-oral? Is replacement using a smaller implant or fat going to be sufficient? Will skin form back to face or are other procedures required to address skin elasticity? Any complications I should consider before making this decision?
