1 month post op of Breast Augmentation, my right nipple turn black and corner fall off. Is this normal? (photos)

This is an infrequent complication that is caused by a lack of adequate blood flow to the nipple and areola after the breast lift. It appears as if the black eschar tissue has sloughed, which is good. The tissue should now heal with dressing changes over the next several weeks to months. As long as the implant does not become exposed, you should end up healing just fine. Once completely healed, you may need another procedure to correct any problematic scarring with the areola. Trust your doctor for now.  

Thank you for your pictures. You have suffered from tissue loss due to tension on your incision. This will heal in 6-8 weeks. It will leave an areolar scar. This will need to be revised after complete healing.

Thanks for your inquiry and sorry for your suffering.  I would carefully follow your doctor's instructions and see him/her regularly.  The biggest concern is that the superficial wound and necrosis does not lead to a deep infection to the implant.  Good Luck.

This is not normal by any means however this a known complication after any breast lift procedure.  Your surgeon should have made you aware of these risks, especially if a large implant is being placed or you are a smoker.  At this point, your surgeon is doing the right thing by allowing the wound to heal on its own.  Any revision done to soon could lead to a deeper infection and jeopardize your implant.  Please follow up with your plastic surgeon regularly to ensure no further complications occur.

and as you already know, you are living through a complication of a lift procedure.  Your surgeon should be more than helpful in guiding you through this healing process as it reflects on him/her as well.  This does happen and is every plastic surgeon's nightmare.  Realize you will heal and your main concerns at this point would be preventing problems that could involved your implant.

NO this is a complication of the operation or the techniques used by the surgeon. Local wound care and healing by secondary intention. Than after a few more months or scar maturation a revision and tattooing can be done. Sorry. I do offer PRP infusion with activated cell recovery local therapies to decrease healing time.

Yes, this is an unfortunate outcome that sometimes occurs after this type of surgery. It will require time and patience to allow the wounds to heal. Follow the guidance of your plastic surgeon during the recovery process. 

I'm sorry to see the trouble you are having.  The problem is that during your recovery from breast augmentation with breast lift the blood supply to the areola, the pink skin around your nipple was diminished and the overlying skin died.  The area should heal in.  However you need proper wound care and management.  Dead tissue should be debrided or removed and proper ointments used.Please see her plastic surgeon and ask if wet-to-dry dressings or other method for debridement can be used to speed healing and recovery.
