Concern for uneven nostrils/tip not centered post septorhinoplasty? (Photos)

Hi there! You mentioned you're only 80 days post surgery which I agree is early. Most rhinoplasty results - especially difficult revisions - can take 1-1.5 years to declare. The asymmetry in the nostril could be due to swelling or lack of support. The droopy tip could also be due to the same reasons. At this time, careful follow-up would be recommended. I often have my patients perform compressions, taping, and utilize steroid injections to see what helps. Although difficult, patience really is key at this point. I hope you find resolution soon!
