My nose was the perfect profile before my surgery, because I wanted smaller nostrils the doctor used rib to give it more definition. I don’t like the triangle look nor how pointy it is. My question does my nose look natural?

Tough to see what is really going on here based on your photographs. You are really early after surgery, and still very swollen. Best to see the doctor who performed your operation and discuss your concerns with them.
