Assuming that you have completed a full year of recovery since your original rhinoplasty surgery, a revision can be performed to adjust the shape of your nose and reduce the pointy tip. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon who can understand your aesthetic goals while taking your surgical history into consideration.
