Piece of skin stuck in my nose - do I need another surgery to get it out? (Photo)

so i had a revision rhinoplasty on August 8th 2022 and i like the most ofnthe results but.... then doctor and I talked about making the sides of my tip smaller and to do that he said he wouldnhave to remove skin inside my nose and after sugery i have this big poece of skin thats hard over my inside nostril and its not coming out and it seems to be making my nose stick out on that area. will it fall oit do i need another sugery to get it out?
