I am getting lower jaw surgery and genioplasty next month and I'm very worried about the nasal tube that will be going into my nose during surgery. I have had 4 rhinoplasties and I'm about 1.2 years post op my latest revison. Will the nasal tube that goes through my nostrils during my jaw surgery deviate or ruin my results.
