Can I have a Hair transplant if I have sebum excess (that causes hairloss) in the donor area?

I took Accutane five years ago, and i understand that this drug affects the sebaceous gland all over the scalp. I have classic AGA hairloss on the top, but i also have little hairloss on the sides and back because of the sebum excess. Im 28, and still have lot of hair on my donor aera. So can I go for a HT even if I had take Accutane, and even if my donor aera hair's is full of sebum? Escuse my english writting,I'm French!
