Facial lipo and buccal fat removal didn’t work - What can I do to remove the fat for good? (photo)

I had buccal fat removal, cheek lipo, and submental lipo 5 years ago. The results were good for about a year then the fat came back to almost the same capacity as before. Now I look like I’ve had nothing done. I’ve maintained a healthy weight this whole time. What can I do to remove the fat for good?

1-Revision submental liposuctionA secondary lipo can help refine the area again by reducing the remaining fat layer. It can create a cleaner jawline, but because you’ve already had surgery, it’s important to keep expectations conservative.
2- Energy-based tightening (RF or HIFU)If liposuction alone isn’t enough, adding a tightening procedure&mdash;such as RF or HIFU&mdash;can help improve skin thickness and mild laxity. This is a nonsurgical way to enhance the contour and is often useful in cases like this.
3- Chin support (filler or implant) &mdash; optionalNot mandatory, but some patients choose minimal chin augmentation to improve definition along the jawline. It’s an option only if you personally want a sharper profile, and it can be completely skipped if it doesn’t appeal to you.
Revision lipo is possible, but the best results often come from combining it with some form of tightening. Chin support is optional and not required for improvement. A full in-person evaluation is needed to decide the safest and most effective plan.
