Is it possible to do liposuction on the lower pole of the breast after bottoming out after a breast reduction?

Liposuction will not help the problem of bottoming out and if your breasts are dense they won't liposuction well. Bottoming out is best addressed by cutting and tightening the skin envelope. This will make the nipple seem higher. If your breasts have gotten larger you can also take out some more tissue from the lower pole. Fat injections in the upper pole would help if they take and it takes a lot of fat to fill this out.
