Often you can submit the the request for breast reduction and shortly thereafter schedule a tentative date. This will depend on your providers schedule. If the breast reduction is not covered by your insurance there is typically the option to pay your plastic surgeon and facility to perform this procedure out of pocket which can help expedite.
