How can I get rid of the vertical line on my cheek?

Hello... I'm 28 years old. I have never smoked and never drank. I notice when I let my dog out in the morning that when I turn to the right of my mirror in bright light I can see this vertical line coming down from my nose to my mid cheek. As a matter of fact it appears to be one big white circle under my eye.... but on the left side of my face there isn't one. I'm concerned with this vertical line, wrinkle, or circle I notice. I have slept on one side of my face for many years...
