I have noticed some blue veins near my mouth recently. they start near my jaw and come upward toward my mouth. They are prominent in the left side, but less so on the right. I have no idea how long they’ve been there, but I noticed them this week and completely panicked. Is this a sign of something serious or cosmetic? Can they be fixed? I’m 26 and very fair skinned- if that helps.
