Just a general question, no pics. How many patients do you actually get who have a deficient enough chin that their face looks profoundly round from 3/4 view? Many friends who have less-than-ideal chins actually have a good enough angular look from the 3/4 view of the face and their cheeks have a "flat" look to them, if that makes sense. However my own is very round and chin is noticeably deficient. Would augmentation at least tone down the roundness near my jowls? I am considering genioplasty
