I'm 21 and As you can see I have a big chin (especially when I smile) what would you do to reduce it and how much would it cost roughly, thanks in advance

In order achieve a good aesthetic result, one should consider a Reduction Genioplasty, this can be done through an inter-oral incision where the bone prominent of the jaw will be reduced.

The cost is variable according to the surgeon and the area. Keep in mind this operation usually requires general anaestheia but can be done as a day-case.
