I don’t like my bulbous tip and wide alar base. I just want to know if I’m a candidate for just tip refinement/alar base reduction? Ideally I would want something grafted from my ribs/cartilage if I were to need to add to my nose. Additionally, I would like to keep it as natural as possible, I don’t think I want to completely change my face. I want to keep my asian heritage. What do you recommend, doctors? Thank you in advance for your time and input! :)
