I honestly could not have had a better experience with Mr Randhawa and his team. I have had a wonky nose for as long as I can remember and have wanted this procedure for around 10 years now, but was too scared to go to a surgeon that would ‘mess up my face’ or give me a nose that didn’t suit me. I booked the consultation with Mr Randhawa and within the first 5 minutes I was set on having my surgery with him. He put me completely at ease and I could tell that he has years of experience and knowledge. I felt extremely listened to and understood. I wanted a nose that would suit my face, to make it straighter, create less of an ‘hooked’ appearance, and to correct the bump I had. I was adamant that I wanted a nose that would suit my face and Mr Randhawa was very clear that that is the kind of service he offers, and agreed with me that a ‘button nose’ would not be the most ideal for my face. I left the consultation feeling extremely reassured and booked my surgery with his secretary ASAP. Mr Randhawa also explained that he works from multiple hospitals and helped me chose the hospital with the cheapest hospital fees so that I would get the best price possible. He advised a septorhinoplasty to address all of the concerns I had. On the day of surgery I travelled down for my time a lot and the Battersea clinic was lovely. All of the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. I felt well looked after before and after surgery. I got to go home the same day and felt prepared for recovery thanks for Mr Randhawa and the team’s advice/explanations. The recovery process was straight forward and as expected and when I left on the day of my surgery I was given pain meds and a number to call if I felt I needed it. I experienced a lot of swelling and bruising for around 4-7 days but this manageable with the pain meds and lots of rest. My nose was still very swollen when I had my cast off 1 week after surgery, but I could already see the vision of my nose. I could not be happier with the result. I am nearly 4 months post op now and it looks amazing already. Some parts took longer to settle than others, and I feel that my nose settles more every day, but I am so happy with the results already and know they will only get better over the year.

I did a lot of research before I selected a surgeon for this procedure. My case wasn't straightforward which meant there were only a few surgeons that could do this procedure in the UK, Mr Randhawa being at the top of the list. I did meet a number of surgeons at this level but in the end decided to go with Mr Randhawa. This was the best decision I could have made. The outcome of my surgery exceeded my expectations - it has changed my life and given me much more confidence, I feel so much happier about the way I look and it's all thanks to the exceptional service I received from My Randhawa and his team. The whole process was clearly outlined to me from the start, there is great support throughout the process. Mr Randhawa is very respected in the field but this does not make him unapproachable, infact he makes you feel at ease and reassured about everything. There is definitely a patient and surgeon trust from the start of the process which I think is imperative in order to have the great professional experience that I had. If you are thinking about such a procedure I would recommend Mr Randhawa 100%, it will be the best decision you could make for yourself!

Dr Randhawa performed my nose reconstruction surgery and I am delighted with the result. The treatment and care I received was excellent. The surgery and recovery went smoothly and I am beyond happy with the results achieved. Any queries regarding post-care surgery were quickly answered and resolved. From consultation to follow-ups the whole process went well.

I required a complicated Rhinoplasty reconstructive surgery to repair breathing difficulties resulting from a series of disastrous surgeries performed 20 years earlier. I never dreamed however that the visual aesthetic deformity of my collapsing nose would also be repaired. Known within the UK by his peers as the UKs leading surgeon in this field, I was referred to Mr Randhawa following being turned down by numerous other UK specialist plastic surgeons due to the complexity of my problem. After travelling over 200 miles to attend Mr Randhawa's clinic, i was overjoyed to be learn that he did Indeed posess the world class elite surgical skill It was alleged I required to help me. I never however anticipated that my very apparent deformed nose would, in a single surgery be restored to near perfect proportion and function, and the shame and humiliation I had grown to accept, would be resolved. I will forever be in Mr Randhawa’s debt. I urge anyone requiring Rhinoplasty, be it their first surgery or a complicated reconstruction, to seek out Mr Prem Rhandawa as I assure you, you can not be in a safer, more compassionate and more skilled pair of hands.

I had several operations as a child for a cleft lip and palate repair. I had always been unhappy with my appearance and as an adult, consulted different surgeons with a view to further corrective surgery. I was told by two ENT surgeons that after so many operations, there would be too much scar tissue to work with and that the result of any surgery would look unnatural. However, after a friend had corrective rhinoplasty with Mr Randhawa, I felt inclined to once more, explore my options. I am so glad I did! After a very clear consultation, I went ahead with surgery and I am absolutely delighted with the result! Mr Randhawa was able to correct the part of my nose that bothered me most and also made additional corrections that I had not considered possible. As a result of the surgery, I now have a far more symmetrical appearance and for that I am truly grateful to Mr Randhawa. At 42, it is never too late to take to make changes that can positively affect self esteem and wellbeing.

I met Mr Randhawa in September 2021 to discuss my options for straightening my nose (after being disappointed with the results of my first rhinoplasty surgery in 2012, which was performed by another surgeon). My initial consultation with Mr Randhawa was helpful. He was generous with his time and kindly presented me with three choices, including non-surgical and surgical options. In late 2022, I decided to proceed with corrective surgery. I met with Mr Randhawa again to discuss the process. He answered my questions, made clear the potential risks of the surgery and invited me not to hesitate to reach out to him should I have any concerns prior to my surgery, which I appreciated. At this stage, I already felt confident that I was in very good hands. Mr Randhawa is very nice and easy to talk to. On the day of my surgery, I was extremely nervous. Mr Randhawa came to see me in my hospital room and made me feel at ease. He was kind and thoughtful, and I was reassured by how calm and confident he was. He once again took the time to address any concerns that I had. He also gave me clear instructions on how to take the medications that he was going to prescribe for me to aid my recovery. I met with Mr Randhawa again four weeks after my surgery. He examined my nose and gave me good advice on how to take care of my skin, which had become quite dry. At the time of writing this review, I'm four weeks and five days post op. Despite some expected swelling, I'm very pleased with the results of the surgery so far. I think Mr Randhawa has done a terrific job. The shape of my nose in photos already looks noticeably better, which has started to improve my overall confidence. I would recommend Mr Randhawa to a friend, and I would absolutely go back to him. I'm pleased and grateful that I decided to choose him as my surgeon.

I am so pleased with my new nose! Professional and friendly from start to finish. He seemed to know exactly what I wanted and and delivered. No pain, not even any bruising. My nose looks exactly as I hoped. Neat and very natural. I would highly recommend.
