Thank you for your question. It sounds as though you will be about 2 months post up when you start back to running, so something flexible but firmly supportive would likely be best. It will probably be most comfortable and conforming to wear something like Spanx for running. You may still notice some swelling after running while wearing any of the compression garments. Start back slow and low distance and gradually work your way up to where you were prior to the surgery.
Any of these garments should be fine. The one you choose should give you firm support so that when you are running it feels comfortable but not too constricting. And ease into running, if your body starts hurting then stop.
