Are tiny hairs sprouting on temples around the 2 year mark of using Finasteride anything to be excited about? Would PRP help?

I'm a 26 year old male and classify myself as a Norwood 2.5. I have been on Finasteride for about 2 years now and minoxidil for about 3 years. I've not had further hair loss and the existing hair has thickened. Recently, I can see tiny hairs sprouting on my temples. They're really hard to see, unless you're almost touching the mirror when looking at them. Are these tiny hairs anything to be excited about? Would PRP be of any help with making these hairs grow faster/fuller, or hair in general?

If your going to have a hair transplant, the safest way to get the PRP is a day before the operation. However it can be done after the operation as well.

I'll suggest you to continue with Fınasteride and Minoxidil up to a year. On the other hand you can start your PRP treatment. This way your results can be permanent.

PRP injections with microneedling of the transplanted areas can in most cases give great results. You have to make sure you are getting PRP not PPP (PLATLET POOR PLASMA). Also, the technique is important and 3-4 treatments are recommended. We add the new ALMI (autologous lipocyte injection)...

PRP is superficial and won't go all the way to the brain. In some cases it might hit a nerve and give you numbness, however those semptoms you mentioned are not PRP side effects.
