There is a small vein coming out from my left nostril. I would like to know what it is and how I can get rid of it.

i don't know if it's a vein or not but that's the only word that comes to my mind. i've thought maybe it's a spider vein or something. it's been there ever since i could remember. it's really noticeable (i think).
