There is a small vein coming out from my left nostril. I would like to know what it is and how I can get rid of it.

Nasal veins can be treated by several methods including topical laser, IPL, sclerotherapy and RF.  The method of treatment depends on the size of the vein, its location and the experience of the person treating it.
