half of my top lip looks kinda norma i guess but the other half disapears. and the middle part is really weird with the lines. i dont even know how to explain what I have cause I have never seen someone else having something like this.its not even the shape that is the problem but the inside. are lip fillers THE ONLY option? cause i wanted something permanent and i don't want to get injections for the rest of my life.

Answer: Lip shape From your photos filler would be the best option to address your lip shape concerns. You can consider more permanent treatments, but at least trying the filler first will let you know if you can achieve the look you are wanting.

However, it does appear that lip filler would be the best option to give you the results your are looking for as far as evening out the upper lip. Any other surgeries would be invasive. Good luck!
