Your lips are extremely overfilled and I would advise not to add anything else. When lips are overfilled like that, it can cut off the blood supply and result in dead tissue. Once that tissue is damaged, it has to be removed and there is no going back from that. You can already see those tiny blood vessels are being stretched to their limit, and adding to your lips will end up causing a rupture, loss of circulation to that area or even nerve damage.

Filler material does not completely reabsorb!. In many cases, inflammatory reaction will result in scar formation; combination of multiple scars, residual filler and continuous inflammatory reaction are causes of your problem. Instead of adding more filler to the area.
