Based on the laceration of your upper lip that you posted, you have a lovely repair. It is conceivable that you lost a little bit of volume with the trauma. I would highly recommend getting a formal evaluation with and treatment from a board-certified cosmetic dermatologist and expert in facial sculpting. Technique is the key to a successful lip augmentation with fillers, so you'll want to see someone meticulous. Your scar appears to be bulging so fillers will not solve your problem. You would be better off with a scar revision. Extra tissue can be taken out to smooth the line of your upper lip.
