Would a brow lift for reshaping give me a more feminine look?

Question

In a twenties patient,with plaint, not very arched brows who is starting to experience hooding and tired look,is there a procedure to lift the upper lid and lateral brow,to create a sexier more feminine look?I would really like to have arched eyebrows and more space between them and my eyes,like when i lift my temples using my hands.I know Im too young for a facelift but it is not so much to reverse changes as to enhancege my natural looks

A combination of an upper blepharoplasty and brow lift could potentially be the ideal procedures to give a more refreshed and awake appearance.  The goal is to enhance your natural appearance in a subtle way without giving you a surprised look. Without seeing you in person it is difficult to say for certain.   In some cases, depending on the degree of laxity at the area, a Botox/Dysport treatment to the forehead and glabella areas can give you a sneak preview of what rejuvenation would look like in the area.  Due to your age, I would recommend a cosmetic consult with a board-certified facial plastic surgeon to assess your areas of concern and provide you with treatment options for correction.

Thank you for your question. A lateral browlift followed by an upper eyelid blepharoplasty may give you what you are looking for.  However, without seeing your photos I can not be more specific.  Two things though would cause me caution: your relatively young age for brow lifting surgery and desire to "reshape" as opposed to correcting ptotic eyebrows.  I hope this helps!

Since no photos were provided I can only comment in general terms. However, from your age and the description provided, in my opinion, a totally non-invasive approach, the Nonsurgical 3D Vectoring Browlift, might be in order.
