I am going into my 5th week after having tumulescent lipo on upper and lower abdomen and am feeling bloated most days and also midsection is hard and protruding...I'm still wearing a waist trimmer and drinking plenty of water and it seems as if nothing was even taken although dr reassured me he took 1 lb of fat..only 1 or 2 days out of this procedure have I felt a little better although it didn't last long and the bloated feeling came back.. Should I have seen some type of results by now?

450 cc of fat is virtually nothing in terms of liposuction volume on the abdomen. It takes 6 months to see the results, although I suspect your will be minimal.
