I had Juvederm in marionette lines 1 week ago, love the result, but I am worried about moving filler.

Once the filler is settled (after a day or two), in my practice I have
not seen much movement. More than likely massaging or washing your face will not affect it. Properly
injected filler is placed in the skin (not in the fat), so there are not many
places for it to move.

The gentle massage when you apply skin products probably won't displace the filler at this point. Just be gentle when applying for another week or two if you're very concerned.

Gentle washing should be fine and will not dislodge fillers placed in a specific area. You should avoid deep massage or exfoliation for a week or so, but gentle washing and moisturizing should be completely fine.

After several days it is safe dermal fillers have settled into their injection sites.  Gentle massage or facial scrubbing will not cause the fillers to migrate.  Harsh constant manipulation of the areas can distort the injection sites.  Good Luck

Fillers will not migrate after a few days.  Over time the body will break down the filler regardless of motion.   You should apply your skin care as usual.   

When you have filler put into the face, we usually massage it at the same time to make sure it is even and there are no obvious lumps.  They are fairly thick gels so they are not easy to move around with normal washing and touching of your face.  If you really try you could probably move it to another area, but it is not easy.      

After any facial Juvederm injection sleep on your back for the first 3 nights. This will allow the product to settle. Continuing with your daily routine is expected after injections ie. washing your face & applying moisturizer.

After 1 week, you are most likely not going to move the filler by washing your face or even massaging it gently. Within the first week of having filler, you may wash your face gently and apply products. Just remember to avoid the area that was filled.

Dear writer, Juvederm is a great choice of filler for the marionette lines. It is actually not only natural, but also quite stable once it is injected. I advise patients to avoid massaging the face or having facials for one week. Yet, it is perfectly safe to wash your face softly, and gently apply your skin care creams, sunscreen or makeup shortly after fillers. 

Dermal filler should remain stable after a few days. Consult with your injector as he or she understands the scope of the treatment and the specifics about you.
