I am worried about getting a proper wash or massage moisturiser in my face in case i move my filler or dislodge in any way, as i love the result. i going for my nasiobasil lines tomorrow, and will be even more concerned, if the result is as good. when is it completely safe to massage face without any chance of movement.

I would recommend waiting 3 days after a lip injection before using Flex - Away, this allows the product to settle. Fillers to the lips are often metabolized quickly due to constant movement. Flex - Away may contribute to dissolve product.
