Thigh/arm lift. 12 months post op with terrible results. Desperately seeking opinions/advice (Photo)

I had an arm and thigh lift last October, I am really unhappy with the results. My surgeon is aware of this, he had offered to do revisional surgery but he has now told me I have body dysmorphia and should get counselling! I have added pictures and think you'll agree I do not have body dysmorphia, but the truth is the results are in fact very poor. I am desperately unhappy,I am wearing tights under jeans etc and unable to wear sleeveless tops as I hoped.I would appreciate your advice Many thanks
