Thigh/arm lift. 12 months post op with terrible results. Desperately seeking opinions/advice (Photo)

Given that it has been almost one year, you are able to undertake a revision at this point.  The arms are going to be most likely to see more improvement.  I'm not sure what happened there but it looks like a lot of liposuction was done and it didn't match the skin excision.  A revision here should improve things rather well.    For the thighs, you have a few options as you already have a stocking-seam scar, this can be re-used to take additional skin or combined with an upper thigh incision to contour it even more.  I think you can see good improvement in the right hands.

I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with your results, based on your pictures it looks like your PS could have removed more skin from arms and thighs, I recommend you discuss  your concerns with your surgeon,best of luck.

For Thigh laxity I normally advise lower body lift which can tighten and lift your outer thigh and to some extent the front and inner thigh. Some times thats the only surgery you need. If you still have some residual laxity in the thigh following the above surgery then you can consider inner thigh lift. It is not advisable to reverse the above sequence.
