So basically, I'm aware that my chin is small. I know it is. But I'm wondering if I could get opinions on the state from another set of eyes, my problem is, I hate the contours of my neck, I had platysmaplasty a year ago, and while it somewhat improved the contour from chin to neck, I do not feel like I am the person I could be. The one I feel like I am inside. I recently had rhinoplasty also, and have had otoplasty before that. Any advice is appreciated. I'm unsure on what I should do.

It would be helpful to see a side view picture as well of your face. A reduction genioplasty, particularly of the inverted V design, will make the chin both shorter and more narrow. That will go a long way to wards shortening your long face.
