Looking for some feedback, Liposuction gone bad? Is it asymmetry of the muscle groups? Is fat grafting a failure? (Photos)

Currently l'm 12months post inner thigh as you can see from the pictures the right inner thigh has a small dent, my surgeon said wait another six months as research states patient satisfaction is around 1-2 years. His diagnosis of this is that l have asymmetry in my right adductors and hamstring compared to the left. We discussed possible use of filler to stimulate collagen, was told success of fat grafting is poor. I am 173 cm 73kg lm currently in the process of losing a bit of weight to 68kg
