I have found extremely mixed opinions on this subject, and I would like those in the ‘avoid’ camp to point me toward any studies or literature on the subject so I can understand for myself the reasons it should be avoided. As a curious individual simply being told it should be avoided is not enough! Conversely, I am also curious to read anything that explores why it is safe in the long term. Thank you in advance.
