Are there safe treatments for bulging forehead veins?

Ive had this vein seemingly forever. It bulges upon smiling and leaning over. Although, these days it seems like it is bulging even when Im talking. Is there a safe treatment out there? Clearly my vein is there for a reason, but it is concerning why it bulges in the first place. Is it getting pinched??

Bulging forehead veins are common problem and they can be treated safely and easily.  This is strictly a cosmetic procedure and is done in the office under local anesthesia.  I use primarily sclerotherapy and usually more than one treatment may be necessary. The reason for their formation is usually genetics and treating the vein does not affect the facial vein drainage in any way.
