2 years post op breast lift with implants, 80% sensation loss and flat nipples. Can anything be done? (photos)

Numbness is very common. It depends on the operation but often times, sensation can return in a couple of weeks, a year, or not at all.  Nipple sensation itself is very important and can sometimes be lost with breast surgery. This is often mentioned in the risks of the consent process. I imagine your numbness is just temporary although I would have to examine you.

If you are concerned, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon to have your nipples properly assessed and to further discuss your options to resolve your concerns.

I
am sorry that unfortunately, your results
are not up to anyones satisfaction.
There
are surgical procedures to bring out your
nipple more, and hypopigmentation of the
areola can be addressed.
The
square shape of the breast can be corrected by fat grafting.
Sensory
issue is hard to address surgically.
I
hope you find funds and a surgeons to do all this what I have suggested.

From your photos, I can see the asymmetry of the areolae as well as asymmetric shape of the breasts. In general, we say that the breasts are "cousins" but not "twins", but if the asymmetry is of significant concern to you, I would seek the opinion of a board certified plastic surgeon regarding the possibility of revision. Approximately 10% of patients undergoing a cosmetic procedure may require a revisional procedure.
Sensory alteration of the nipple / areolar complex following breast reduction is common and is usually irreversible....and yes, there are procedures to increase nipple projection.
