Dear dweiner06,I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a breast augmentation surgery. However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process at 10 weeks  post op.Your will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively.At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues around the implants are still swollen. Once the swelling subsides and the implants drop to their final position, you will be able to see the final result of your breast augmentation surgery.Daniel Barrett, MD

Hello and thank you for your question!  Often times, patience is vital component in recovering. Final results may take up to 6 months after surgery. Additionally, your pre-operative photographs would also be a nice indicator of results.  Talk to your surgeon with your concerns and keep him/her posted.  I hope this helps and best of luck to you!

Perfect symmetry is nearly impossible to achieve as breast tissue is giving and not static like working with metal or wood.  You look great and though your perceptions are appreciated, the differences are on the very very small side.  If for some reason you find yourself obsessing over this, you can discuss what options you have for trying to improve on your really good outcome.  Your results are very very normal.

You are very early in your cosmetic recovery and look quite good at this early stage. They will never be identical twins. I suggest you continue to be patient, follow your instructions and reevaluate this in another 4-6 months.

Since you are only 10 weeks I would massge and give it some more time.It may very well settle in.

Without the posting of your before breast photos so we could see the changes to the afer photos very hard to agree with your descriptions. f you were asymmetric to volume and shape than this might be a good result?? But again before photos needed.

Congratulations
on your recent surgery. The photos you provided appears to demonstrate a degree
of asymmetry at the superior and inferior poles of the breasts as well as size disparity early on in the healing process.
However,
the process of breast healing after augmentation / lift involves resolution of swelling and remodeling of the
soft tissues as the "drop and fluff" phenomenon occurs. One breast
may fall into position faster than the other.
With a capsular contracture, the breast will demonstrate increased firmness, perhaps becoming spherical in shape, hard, and painful. 
I recommend that
you continue followup with your surgeon, allowing more time to heal (usually 6 months or so).  If required, a minor revision will correct the
problem.  Remember, breasts are "cousins" and not "twins"!
