must be clearly defined by you as you mention wanting different profiles and in the same breath, being larger.  What do you find unsatisfactory with your outcome?  Once that is defined, then surgeons can provide you with options on what you can do.  Overall, your results are good with only  minimal asymmetry of your nipples.  Going with the other profiles will only make your mounds more narrow and lose side boob.  Most surgeons will not revise breasts for at least 6 months following your procedure.

It is not uncommon to have differences in sensation from one breast to the other after surgery. In our practice we would recommend the patient be 3-6 months post op before considering any revisions. Since you are already scheduled for other procedures, I would recommend you wait until you are completely healed from those. You never know, you may feel differently about the size of your breasts once your tummy is flat.
