I ask my patients to avoid flexing or upper body weight bearing for a minimum 6 weeks. I also provide a supportive, compression bra to be worn at all times for 8 weeks- further supporting the position and shape of the implant pocket. I recommend that you follow up with your plastic surgeon about concerns and ensure that you follow their post op instructions carefully.All the best
Be careful flexing at this point. You do not want to pull something and get a post op hematoma. Let everything settle for a good month before worrying about this.
Congratulations on your breast augmentation. The depression that you see is likely the edge of the pectoralis muscle when you contract your chest.
