The issue here is quite a common on in any active cosmetic dermatology practice. An appropriately robust HA filler for the cheeks can easily create a more ideal, heart-shaped oval face, as well as improve the hollows and incipient bags under the eyes (since the upper cheek region is a major support for the under the under-eyes). At least from the photo provided, the lower face, too appears to have significant volume deficit. This can be easily be addressed with a robust HA filler placed the region of the angle of the jaw and in the surrounding lower cheek region. I no longer recommend fat injections for the following reasons. For one, the procedure is expensive and is actually two procedures--one to remove the fat from the hip, thigh or belly donor site and the second to inject it into the recipient site. Because fat is thick this typically requires the use of large bore cannulas that engender a significant post-procedure downtime. Moreover, despite the promise, much of the fat, separated from its original blood supply does not survive in the transplanted area. What's more, if anything goes wrong, fat cannot be easily dissolved or removed. Finally, fat retains the characteristics of the area from which it is taken, meaning that if it comes from the belly, for example, when, in time the belly develops a midriff bulge, this may occur in the recipient area, as well. On the other hand, robust HA fillers can yield durable results and, being natural products, will gradually be metabolized away with time, allowing later filler treatments to appropriately address the age-related changes. You would be wise to consult a board certified cosmetic dermatologist and best of luck.
