It has been a year since I've had both my upper and lower wisdom teeth removed, and I have noticed a very different look in my appearance as the time has passed. My cheeks now have a very hallow appearance- causing my cheekbones to protrude out and my skin to sag around my smile lines. My face was thin prior to the surgery, but nothing like this. It looks like I have holes in my cheeks and unevenness in my overall facial structure. Any advice on how to fix this is highly appreciated!!

Answer: Renuva/fat transfer I would do Renuva (a semi permanent filler) or fat transfer, it offers amazing results and I’ve personally treated patients who had had a bichectomy (buccal fat pad removal) with too much fat removed and complained about hollowness.

Answer: Hollow Face After Dental Surgery Thanks for submitting a picture to allow us to assess what you are experiencing. I recommend having the hollow areas treated with filler. You will see a decrease in hollow depression as well as you will probably also find you face will lift as well. Consider bringing picture of your face prior to dental surgery to show your injector so they can assess the evolution you've experienced. The other thing that has crossed my mind is the drug Ozempic has also been known to cause a hollow facial appearance.
